INTERNAL QUALITY ASSURANCE CELL (IQAC)

The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Sree Narayana College was established on 12 July 2005 with the primary objective of promoting and sustaining a culture of quality enhancement within the institution. Since its inception, the IQAC has been actively involved in strengthening the academic, administrative, and co-curricular activities of the college and in facilitating continuous institutional improvement.

The IQAC played a significant role in the Cycle I and Cycle II accreditation processes of the college, contributing to the institution’s achievement of commendable accreditation outcomes. Following the Cycle II accreditation, the IQAC has been actively engaged in addressing and implementing the recommendations of the NAAC Peer Team, while continuing its regular quality enhancement initiatives based on feedback and suggestions from various stakeholders.

The IQAC serves as an important mechanism for planning, monitoring, coordinating, and promoting quality-related activities across the institution. It provides valuable support to the Management and the Principal in the formulation, implementation, and review of policies and strategies aimed at enhancing academic excellence, administrative efficiency, student development, research, extension activities, and overall institutional performance. Through systematic quality initiatives, stakeholder feedback, documentation, periodic reviews, and continuous improvement measures, the IQAC strives to foster a quality-oriented academic environment and strengthen the institution’s commitment to excellence and holistic development.
