Extensive experience in thin film synthesis technique. Wide knowledge of characterization techniques such as SEM, XPS, TEM, XRD, FTIR, AFM, Photoluminescence, I-V, CV, DLTS and spectrophotometry for physical, electrical and chemical charcterization of thin films, nanoparticles, quantum dots and nanocomposites.
